Luxembourg-based Fundcraft has appointed Christian Senitz as chief operating officer. Senitz joins the digital private markets firm to oversee operations as it expands its activities across Europe, serving asset managers in private equity, venture capital, funds of funds and semi-liquid strategies.
The firm has also opened an office in Paris, led by Thomas Ibanez, country head France. Fundcraft said the French team will focus on private markets structures including Eltifs and evergreen funds. The company has applied for authorisation as an alternative investment fund manager with the Autorité des marchés financiers.
Marguerite
Luxembourg-based infrastructure investor Marguerite has announced several promotions across its investment and asset management teams. Yani Drider has been promoted to managing director, Pauline Geoffroy and Mattia Borello to investment director, Julie Joubert to vice president, and Nicolas El Kholdi to associate.
Founded in 2010, Marguerite invests in energy, digital, transport and waste and water infrastructure. The firm has invested more than two billion euro in 45 projects across 16 European countries.
Allianz Global Investors
Allianz Global Investors has appointed Matthew Norman as head of infrastructure debt, effective 24 March. He succeeds Claus Fintzen, who will leave the firm later this year. Fintzen will remain available until the end of June to support the transition. Norman joins from Crédit Agricole CIB, where he spent nearly 30 years working across infrastructure, energy and private markets, most recently as global head of infrastructure and global head of energy and infrastructure advisory.
At AllianzGI, Norman will report to Marta Perez, chief investment officer infrastructure, and will lead the infrastructure debt business within the firm’s private markets platform.
Arendt
Arendt has appointed three new partners and two associate partners. Lorraine Chéry becomes partner in employment law, pensions and benefits, Błażej Gładysz-Lehmann partner in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, and Yves Philippart de Foy partner in tax. Arnaud Huguenel has been named associate partner in tax, and Alexandra Leininger associate partner in regulatory and consulting.
The appointments cover employment, corporate, tax and fund distribution-related advisory work in Luxembourg and cross-border contexts.
Invesco
Invesco has expanded the role of Oliver Bilal, who has been appointed head of EMEA with immediate effect, becoming the firm’s leader for the region. Bilal will continue in his existing role as head of EMEA distribution, a position he has held since joining Invesco in May 2022, combining both mandates.
Bilal will also chair the EMEA management committee. Invesco said he has played a key role in the development of the region in recent years, strengthening collaboration across countries and functions.
State Street Bank International
State Street Bank International has appointed Denis Dollaku as chief executive officer, effective 1 February 2026. He succeeds Andreas Przewloka and will be based in Munich. Dollaku has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, including nearly 15 years at State Street, most recently as head of business for State Street Bank International and country head Italy.
He will report to Cuan Colter, head of international at State Street, and Ann Fogarty, chair of the supervisory board of State Street Bank International. A successor for the Italy role has not yet been named.
Maples Group
Maples Group has appointed Connie Chan as senior vice president and head of the company secretarial team in Singapore. Chan has more than 20 years of experience in company secretarial and corporate governance roles, with a focus on Singapore’s regulatory framework.
